Luxor Governor Hosts a BA Delegation

Eng. Abdel Muttalib Emara, Governor of Luxor, welcomed Prof. Ahmed Zayed, Director of the BA, and a delegation of BA officials, including Dr. Mohamed Soliman, Deputy Director of the BA; Dr. Ashraf Farrag, General Supervisor of the BA Embassies of Knowledge; Eng. Ahmed Samir, Head of the BA Information and Communication Technology Sector; and Dr. Medhat Issa, Director of the BA Manuscripts Center and Museum, in the presence of Mr. Mohamed Hassani, Director of Misr Public Library in Luxor.
This meeting was part of the inauguration of a BA Embassy of Knowledge at Misr Public Library in Luxor, which also witnessed the launch of the first cultural forum held between both entities, as well as the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and Thebes Technological University, for the purpose of establishing an Embassy of Knowledge at its campus.
