The Launch of a New Series of Workshops Specialized in AI Applications

The BA Library Sector, in cooperation with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), is organizing the launch of a new series of workshops specialized in artificial intelligence applications, on Sunday, 27 April 2025, at 12:00 pm, in the BACC Lecture Hall.
The workshops will be held over a four-month period, starting next May, under the theme "Double Productivity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence".
The event will begin with a lecture entitled "Artificial Intelligence: A Look at the Current Situation", delivered by Prof. Mohamed Essam Khedr, Professor of Wireless Communications Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, and Dean of Admission at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT).
Attendees will be given the priority to participate in one of the specialized workshops that will be announced during the event, which will be carried out based on a public needs assessment and include the fields of entrepreneurship, education, media, linguistics, and engineering. All participants in the workshops will receive a certificate accredited by the BA.
