Donation of the Digitized Archive of the Suez Canal Company to the BA

Alexandria— the BA will celebrate on 9-10 November the donation of the digitized archives of the Suez Canal Company by Ferdinand de Lesseps and Suez Canal Association. The celebration will include a tour of the library to the Association delegation members on Thursday, 9 November. On Friday, 10th of November, Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Library of Alexandria and M. Arnaud Ramiere, President of Ferdinand de Lesseps and Suez Canal Association will sign a cooperation agreement, followed by presenting the donation to the BA. Several Intellectuals and media men will attend the celebration.
