The Role of Human Resources in the Reform of Banking Sector

The BA and the Egyptian Banking Institute, in collaboration with the Agence De Transfère De Technologie Financière (ATTF Luxembourg) and the European Bank Training Network (EBTN), will organize the "The Role of Human Resources in the Reform of Banking Sector" conference during the period of 26th to 28th of May.
Representatives from American and European banks and monetary institutions, including: Institute of Bankers in Scotland, and the Banking Institute in Romania, as well as other experts in this field will participate in the conference.
The conference will address the role of human resources in reforming and changing the nature of banking sector. Participants will also discuss strategic leadership, human resource development, employment and skills development in this sector.
The sessions will start at 9:00, at the Lectures Hall, BA Conference Center.
