The Third Arab Conference for Commercial and Maritime Law at the BA

Alexandria—The BA will host the Third Arab Conference for Commercial and Maritime Law, (ACCML'09) entitled “Rotterdam Rules 2009: Uniformity Versus Diversity of the Law of Carriage of Goods by Sea - A Euro-Arab Perspective”, on 18 and 19 April 2009.
ACCML ’09 is co-organized by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Arab Society for Commercial and Maritime Law (ASCML), the Institute of International Transport and Logistics in the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, the Institut Méditerranéen des Transports Maritimes (IMTM) in France, and the Comité Maritime International (CMI) in Belgium.
